Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

A credit/debit/HSA/FSA card is required when booking an appointment. You will not be charged until your appointment and you will be charged only for your responsibility as determined by benefits or private pay rates. All clients that schedule will be enrolled in autopay. 

You will be charged for your responsibility with the card on file. If you have an overdue balance without communicating with your clinician and our office regarding balances, you will not be able to schedule future appointments until the balance is resolved. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, once you schedule an appointment it is the responsibility of the client to contact our office to cancel/reschedule appointments. You will be charged the full fees for no-showed appointments or late cancelations (within 24 hours of the appointment). 

You must complete your intake paperwork within 72 hours of your appointment. If the paperwork is not completed, we will reach out to you as a reminder one time. If your paperwork is incomplete and we have not heard from you, your appointment will be canceled at the 24-hour mark and you will be held responsible for the session fee so please communicate if you need more time or do not plan on attending/keeping your appointment. We like to avoid charging anyone due to a lack of communication with our office.
