Payment & Billing

💳 A credit, debit, HSA, or FSA card is required at the time of booking.

💡 Auto-pay enrollment is required for all clients.

💰 You will be charged at the time of service for your responsibility as determined by insurance or private pay rates.

⚠️ Unpaid balances must be resolved before scheduling future appointments.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

📅 Cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice – No fee

⏳ Cancel between 12-24 hours – $75 late cancellation fee

🚫 Cancel within 12 hours or no-show – Full session fee applies

🔹 Insurance does NOT cover late cancellation or no-show fees. Clients are responsible for these charges.

📌 Intake Paperwork: Must be completed within 72 hours of your appointment.

🚨 If incomplete at the 24-hour mark, your session will be canceled, and you will be charged.
